It is generally installed in the lower part of the reaction kettle and used as a feed pump. The reaction kettle gear pump has good self priming performance and can be applied to the transportation and pressurization of polymer materials under vacuum reaction conditions.

The bottom pump is generally installed at the bottom of the reaction vessel and is driven by a motor, reducer, and universal coupling. It is recommended to use frequency conversion speed regulation to achieve near linear flow output of the gear pump.
