Internal Gear Pump
Internal gear pump also be called is internal melt pump,Which is used for pressurized and stable flow extruder or high viscosity or high temperature of the polymer delivery.
Internal Gear Pump Characteristics:
1.Unique internal pressure lubricated idler pin reduces wear by continuously cooling and lubricating the idler pin and bushing.
3.Standard high strength gear material eliminates the need for special steel fitting.
Internal Gear Pump Operating parameters:
Viscosity: ≤40000 Pas
Temperature: ≤400 ℃ (750 ℉)
Cleaning temperature: ≤450 ℃ (850 ℉)
Inlet pressure: up to 12MPa
Maximum pressure: up to 25MPa
Outlet pressure ≤40Mpa (6,000psi)
Internal melt pump are widely used in metering and boost PC, PMMA, ABS, PET, PVB, PS, PP, PE and other low viscosity materials.
