Zhengzhou BATTE is developing a new generation of melt pump for sheet extruder. It is a gear pump composed of a pump body and a pair of gears that gradually separate and re mesh with each other when rotating relative to each other. The interlayer of the pump body is equipped with an electric heater, and there are also inlet and outlet material pressure measurement and detection devices at the inlet and outlet of the material.
The electric heater for the melt used in the sheet extruder can be a cast aluminum electric heater. The concept is novel and the structure is compact. The material can be a plastic state melt in a fully degradable paper like sheet extruder with a high starch content of over 70%, which undergoes conveying, mixing, shearing, plasticizing, dehydration, and exhaust processes. It can increase the flow output speed, reduce the shear and residence time of the material in the extruder, reduce extrusion temperature and pressure pulsation, and improve extrusion efficiency and product quality. It can also achieve rapid heating and heat control, as well as control the pressure fluctuation at the material outlet within 1%. This melt pump can fully meet the extrusion requirements for high yield sheets in the preparation process of fully degradable paper like materials.
